Working through our issues with a practitioner we can relate to, we start to see how we can provide ourselves the support we need and deserve.
I work with clients using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) on a wide range of issues, such as reducing anxiety, stress and overwhelm, resolving anger and guilt issues, and supporting them through grief, loss and illness.

We rarely have an issue that appeared overnight, and in the same way, it is very rare to resolve issues in 1 session. I offer sessions in packages of 1, 3, 6 or 10.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
